Choice Neighborhoods

The Choice Neighborhoods program is a place-based initiative that supports locally-driven strategies to address struggling neighborhoods with distressed public housing through a comprehensive approach to neighborhood transformation.  The grant helps transform high-poverty, distressed neighborhoods into healthy communities with quality mixed-income affordable housing, safer streets, and access to quality educational opportunities.
